Production area the hills located on the eastern part of Verona province. Grapes Garganega and trebbiano di Soave. Bouquet fruity and delicate. Taste dry but fresh, harmonious, slightly bitter. Service always well chilled. Food it is ideal with fish, white meats and fresh cheeses.

Production area Trentino and Veneto region. Grapes 100% Chardonnay. Colour straw white with yellow reflexes slightly golden. Bouquet delicate and fruity. Taste fresh, harmonious, very delicate. Service always well chilled. Food fish white meat and fresh cheese.
 
Cabernet
Trentino and Veneto region 100% Cabernet. Intense ruby red. deep and very vinous, slightly herbaceous. dry and pleasantly tannic. at room temperature, open the bottle one hour before serving. with tasty dishes and seasoned cheese.
 
Merlot 
production area Trentino and Veneto region. grapes 100% merlot. Colour bright ruby red. Bouquet vinous and intense. Taste dry medium bodied wine, slightly tannic. Service room temperature. Food pasta in general and red meat.
 
Valpolicella
production area the hills around Verona on the left side of the Adige river. Grape typical of the area: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara with different blending in percentage. Colour garnet red colour. Bouquet vinous with a pleasant and delicate bouquet which reminds the taste of bitter almonds. Taste dry and well balanced sapid. Service at room temperature, opening the bottle one hour before serving, Food it is ideal with roasted meats, red meats and tasty cheeses.
 
Bardolimo
production Area the Veronese side of the lake Garda around the Bardolino. Grapes typical of the area: Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara with different blending in percentage. Colour light ruby red colour. bouquet elegant and delicate. Taste dry with a pleasant acidity. Service at room temperature or fresh during summer. Food it is ideal with pasta and white meats.
 
Amarone della Valpolicella
Production Area in the heart of the Valpolicella Valley on a very mixed ground, somewhere clay and somewhere limestone. Vines Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara with drying in "fruttaio" for a period of 90 to 120 days. Colour deep and thick garnet red. Bouquet of big intensity and persistence with scents of dry prunes and sweet spices. Taste big structure, warm and at the same time velvety. Service serve at room temperature of 18-19 degrees in balloon glasses, opening at least 2 hours before serving.
 
Valpolicella Ripasso
Production Area in the heart of the Valpolicella valley on high hills. Vines Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella. Vinification soft pressing and de-rasping, maceration for 10 days and then return on Amarone dregs for a period of about 10 days. Colour deep ruby red with violet reflects. Bouquet of red fruits and vinous. Taste harmonious, full and velvety. Service serve at room temperature, opening a bottle at least 1 hour before serving.
 
Orvieto
Production Area the hills surrounding Rome in the towns of Frascati, Grottaferrata and Monteporzio Catone. Grapes Malvasia bianca di Candia, Trebbiano Toscano and Greco. Colour Straw yellow. Bouquet vinous, intense but delicate. taste round, velvety and sapid. Service always well chilled. Food it is prefect with fish, white meats and salads.
 
Frascati
Production Area the hills surrounding Rome in the towns of Frascati, Grottaferra and Monteporzio Catone. Grapes Malvasia bianca di Candia Trebbiano Toscano and Greco. Colour straw yellow. Sangiovese

Montepulciano
Production Area the hills of Abruzzo, located on the Eastern side of central Italy. Grapes Montepulciano and Sangiovese (not more than 15%). Colour ruby red with orange reflexes if aged. Production Area Hills of Gerreto Guidi (Florence). Grapes 80% Sangiovese Grosso and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Refining 6 months in barriques and 6 months in big barrels. Colours deep garnet red. Taste Full slightly tannic but well balanced and elegant. Bouquet strongly vinous. Service serve at room temperature, opening the bottle at least two hours before consumption. Food red meats and seasoned cheese or as a meditation wine.

 

 

Toscana Bianca
Production Area Hills of Gerreto Gudi (Florence). Grapes Chardonnay base. Refining 4 months in barriques. Colour yellow with green reflects. Taste fresh and fragrant, very well structure, with long lasting and harmonious sapidity. Bouquet clean and delicate, with scents of flowers and white fruits pervaded by vanilla notes. Service always well chilled.

 

 

Aglianico 
Production area around the province of Benevento in the heart of Campania region. Grapes  100% Agliacico. Colour Ruby red with violet reflexes. Bouquet intense and fruity. Primitivo Puglia
Production area the south west part of Puglia. Grapes it is made by the famous typical grape of the area. Primitivo is also known internationally as Zinfandel. Colour deep ruby red with violent reflexes. Bouquet Intense perfumes and sensations from this sunny land. Taste harmonious, full and velvety. Service at room temperature, opening the bottle at least one hour before serving. It can age a few years. Food ideal with full flavoured dishes.

Production area The Salento area located in Apulia, the south West part of Italy grown in the Sava vineyards. Grapes 100% Nergroamaro. Colours bright pink with hints of coral. Nero D'Avola
Production area the smooth hills surrounding the city of Marsala, in the Western part of Sicily. Grapes it is made by a single grape typical in Sicily, Called Nero d'Avola. Colour deep ruby red. Bouquet vinous and pleasant it recalls the taste of bitter almonds. Taste smooth, slightly tannic, velvety and persistent. Service at room temperature opening the bottle at least one hour before serving it. Food ideal partner with tasty dishes and seasoned cheese. Storage keep in a dry and fresh storage room preserve it from light. It can age for 4/5 years.

 

 

Sicilia Bianco
Production area the smooth hills surrounding the city of Marsala, in the Western part of Sicily. Grapes two typical Sicilian grapes: Inzolia and Grecanico. This wine ripens and refines in large oak casks. Colour intense straw yellow. Bouquet delicate and fruity. Taste pleasant soft and round. Service well chilled. Pinot Nero Sumante Brut
Production area the hills located in the Oltrepo Pavese area, around the town of Casteggio. Grapes Pinot Nero. Colour light straw yellow with green reflexes. Bouquet fruity and fresh, enhanced by the careful fermentation. Taste pleasant sapid and elegant. Service always well chilled. Food delicious as an aperitif, it is ideal with fish white meats and tender cheeses.

 

 

 

Sirah - Nero D'Avola
Production Area the smooth hills surrounding the town of Salemi, in the western part of Sicily. grapes it is made by blending the Syrah grapes with the Nero d'Avola, a typical Sicilian grape. Vinification soft pressing at controlled temperature and barrique refining. Colour deep ruby red. Bouquet very intense and rich and rich with outstanding liquorice scents, vanilla and and red fruits. Taste full bodied rich with noble tannins becoming gentle with refining in French oak casks. Service at room temperature opening the bottle at least one hour before enjoying it. Food It is ideal partner to tasty dishes and seasoned cheeses.

 

 

Chardonnay- Grillo
